Не ставьте сборку от 07-Aug-2005 21:33 4.7M - глючит при сохранении картинок (пишет неопределенная сущность), хотя изображения сохраняет; аналогично пишет при нажатии инструменты/загрузки.

Для тех кто использует русскую DPA2 и расширение All-in-One Gestures.
Не работают жесты "Открыть новое окно как фоновое/активное". Требуется подтверждение и будем автору писать.

1.8 Branch Created, Trunk Opens for 1.9 Development

The Gecko 1.8 branch was created on Friday and the trunk is now open for 1.9 development. Mozilla Firefox 1.5, Mozilla Thunderbird 1.5 and Camino 1.0 will all be released from the 1.8 branch over the coming months. Checkins to the branch will be restricted, with developers required to obtain the approval of the new branch-drivers group before landing. The members of this group are Asa Dotzler, Brendan Eich, Christopher Aillon, Christopher Beard, Chris Hofmann, David Baron, Scott MacGregor and Mike Shaver. It's unlikely that any major changes will be allowed to land on the 1.8 branch, with most checkins focusing on bug fixes and stability improvements.
Meanwhile, 1.9 development can begin in earnest, with the trunk reopening after being frozen for several months. With the 1.8 branch created, developers can now make large changes to the code on the trunk without worrying that their work will affect the forthcoming 1.5 releases. The Burning Edge has a look at some of the new stuff that should land during the 1.9 cycle and beyond.
The Mozilla Developer News weblog has a post about the creation of the 1.8 branch and the reopening of the trunk, with information for developers.

А чё это Deer Park Alpha 2 уже на Gecko 1.9?
Поделили Firefox на branch и trunk, как обычно бывает перед релизом.
Только Gecko не 1.9, а 1.9a1 и пользуются транком сейчас самоубийцы, которым профилей не жалко.

Поделили Firefox на branch и trunk, как обычно бывает перед релизом.

Он кстати через автоматическое обновление такой скачался...

У меня просто с английским не лады думал мож кто-то разобрал.
И где теперь искать свежие сборки на 1.8?
